Totify sends automated SMS messages to parents and guardians containing their child's daily report — including attendance status, meals, bottle feeds, sleep, and any notes entered by daycare staff. We may also send child safety alerts and account-related notifications.
Message frequency varies. Parents typically receive one (1) SMS per day per enrolled child on days the child attends daycare. Additional messages may be sent for safety alerts or important account notifications.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Totify is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to that number. To re-enable messages, contact your daycare administrator or email us at breindy@totifysolutions.com.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through the Totify platform will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used exclusively to deliver daily childcare activity reports and operational notifications related to the Totify service.
We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Twilio may process your phone number and message content as a data processor on our behalf, subject to their privacy policy and data processing terms.

Children's daily activity data entered by teachers is accessible to authorized administrators and staff at the same daycare, and is transmitted to the relevant parent or guardian via SMS at the end of the day.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of users or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website of any such change.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for up to 90 days after cancellation to allow for any disputes or recovery requests, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
Daily activity records (children's daily reports) are retained for the duration of the subscription to allow for report downloads and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Totify is a B2B platform used by daycare centers. The Services are operated by and for adults (daycare administrators and teachers). We collect limited information about children (first name, age, classroom, and daily activities) solely for the purpose of generating daily reports for their parents or guardians.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The daycare operator is responsible for obtaining any necessary parental or guardian consent before entering child information into the platform, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child without proper consent, please contact us immediately at breindy@totifysolutions.com and we will take steps to delete such information.
